James Anderton was given clear instructions on what work he was to do. He turned up late, without the item needed. He didnt follow instructions, he showed no respect to me or my property, he was rude, unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. He charged more than what was initially quoted without informing me.Monday 17th January 2022
