The operator is absolutely rude on the phone. She didn’t let me to finish my word and kept trying to interrupt my word. I shouted at her: PLEASE LET ME FINISH MY WORD , WHY YOU ARE SO RUDE?! Horrible manner . In addition, the engineer was not punctual.

Absolutely awful service provided. The person who carried out the work caused further damage to another room and didn’t even apologise for this was rude and did not care. Do not recommend using this company and definitely ensure you are in the property when work is being completed.
