Outstanding Service :) I had a assortment of electrical work, some were small and some big tasks. Richard was kind to schedule a visit and provided an estimate. In spite of his busy schedule, he understood the urgency of my situation and swiftly acted upon the problems. He supplied quality products, including the wiring. He patiently corrected me when my expectations were not so good and appreciated my inputs when it was helpful. He surprised my expectations by repairing my heating system and didn’t charge me. His professionalism was equally matched by his friendliness. even when I called him multiple times during the work, he consistently responded and kept me informed about his progress via messages. I wholeheartedly endorse Richard for any electrical tasks, regardless of size.
