I had an unsatisfactory experience with the boiler repair service. After initially being charged £250, the boiler issue remained unresolved. Over the past two weeks, we’ve contacted the technician multiple times, but despite promises to return, he has not shown up. Consequently, we’ve been without hot water, which is particularly challenging with a 4-year-old at home. The customer service and quality of work have been disappointing. We hope the company can address these issues promptly.
