Tony P5 StarHad an emergency yesterday which left wires hanging out of a broken light switch, contacted Wired MK and spoke to Paul, he was willing to help immediately, and my new switch was fixed in no time, his knowledge and professionalism was outstanding, I would highly recommend this company and Paul to anyone that requires a good honest and professional electrician. Thanks again for a great service.Monday 3rd October 2022
TedzzIsMassive5 StarWe needed our new TV to be put on the wall. We found Wired MK through Google and filled in their online form. Paul responded quickly and gave a very reasonable quote. He was able to arrange a time that was convenient for us. We are extremely pleased with the job that they did, the TV looks great and there are no wires to be seen! Paul and John were very professional, friendly and clean. They also stayed after the job was finished to help us set up the TV. I would recommend Wired MK to anyone looking for an electrician who is reliable, professional and friendly. Thanks to all at Wired MKMonday 27th July 2015
Sandesh D'Souza5 StarHad a stressful time before I called Wired MK. A small wiring job had been botched up by one electrician. I then had to google for more electricians and call them. Most said they could not attend. One arrogantly said "they do not do small jobs", inspite of his website clearly saying he does small jobs (funny isn't it). Paul from Wired MK very happily took down my address and promised to turn up the next day. He spent a much longer time than I thought he may have to, as the job he had to set right was something which was botched by another electrician. I am grateful to Paul for agreeing the price in advance and standing by that price the next day, though he probably did not anticipate it would take him that long. I am grateful for him. He also, very kindly fixed my front doorbell for free, though this was never discussed on the phone previously . The wires for the doorbell had been left exposed by the double glazing door installers, who kept telling me they will come back to fix, and had not done for over 3 months. It is a relief to know that there are kind tradesmen who you can place your trust on. I know who to call from now on. Thanks Paul.Saturday 24th January 2015
Jack Simpson1 StarA week and a bit ago- I had a such bad customer care- just called up, got barked at by the lady who picked up the phone as soon as she picked up she was already extremely aggressive. I told her quickly what I wanted which is a repair to a floor lamp she shouted at me "WE ARE SO BUSY, WE HAVE GUYS WORKING 7 DAYS A WEEK, WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO FIX YOUR FLOOR LAMP- WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FITTING A MCDONALDS" I was like "oh okay" made me feel like my request was below their company. The lamp I was wanting repaired is worth over £10,000, is an antique lamp made from banana tree leaves from 1901. Which has been restored however, when I picked it up this lamp wasn't working the other twin of the lamp works. I told her this without the price tag just the quality of the lamp I wanted repaired- her tone changed. No respect- you don't know who is on the end of a telephone- learn that lesson, basic business manner. I don't know how to do this fix the lamp so I come for your service and you tell me off, come on. I have a lot of projects and things I work on and will work on in the future- this is my first time reaching out to an electrician- you could have had my service for the rest of my life but now- NEVER. It seems your electricians are good, acquiring big jobs- as a business man myself I'll tell you that you need to fix your business model. Customer care is important. You have the guys working 7 days a week, hire more contractors so you do not miss other jobs- supply and demand my friend basic economics. You need to get someone more friendly on your phones, it is the first person you speak to from your business- the electricians could be the best in the world but if I get talked to like a piece of garbage I am not spending my money with you. If you are working 7 days a week and are stressed, either negotiate better or eat into your profits with sharing the workload- if you are 1% as stressed as the lady on the phone you need more people otherwise all the hard work will be worth nothing- you need to enjoy life. If you are still reading this- I want to leave you with one last note you will understand you lost someone that could have connected you with jobs way bigger than the local McDonalds. Peace out.Tuesday 19th December 2017
